In the first 03 months, we work closely with our customers to :

  1. Identify organization's products and services

  2. Draw the relevant steps to deliver those products and services

  3. Put in place a KANBAN to measure and track progress

  4. Report the performances on a Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

Learn to solve problems - 03 to 06 months 

In the second phase of the Lean Transformation, we work closely with our customers to adopt a project management approach in their continuous improvement processes.

In fact, after identifying your key steps and performances, we will prioritize and select one or two medium complexity high impact problems and apply a structured solving methodology to demonstrate the added value to the organization. 

The problem resolution methodology (A3), used by Toyota, includes many steps (identification, measure, target, analyse, improve, track, control) and generally highlight optimized solutions that can be easily implemented using digital platforms.   

Change Management at the organization level - 12 months

After the previous quick wins, we will work closely to transform the entire organization management system using international best practices like ISO 9001 and ITIL.

This will help to the emergence of a new information system in the organization, simplifying thereby the adoption of facts based decision making process and the implementation of location intelligence solutions (GIS, BI, AI).
